We explore post-transcriptional gene regulatory networks and their implications in disease. We use 'omics' tools like high-throughput sequencing/DNA microarrays and proteomics to explore basic principles and we apply 'classical' biochemical, genetic and cell biological methods to further investigate functional aspects of the RNA-protein networks.
